Our Team
Brighton Kaoma, Founder
A former Global Director of United Nations SDSN Youth, Brighton has been recognized for his advocacy in sustainable development and youth empowerment, with a background spanning over 20 countries. Drawing from his personal journey and the life-saving role of mentorship, he developed the vision for a mentorship network to develop the next generation of talent across various sectors.
Howard Pyle, Co-Founder
Howard’s experience leading global programs and teams across startups and enterprises has shaped his work at Amano So. As the founder of ExperienceFutures.org, his work focused on helping major organizations use AI for social impact. As SVP of Global CX and Design at MetLife and as a VP at IBM, he led global teams and innovation programs. At Amano So, he applies this diverse experience to mentor and foster emerging leaders.
